Pastor/Director Greg Mergian

Born and raised in the South Bronx and attended public schools in the inner city. He has lived in New Jersey since 2001. He has a B.S. degree from Nyack College in Management an an M. Div. Degree from Liberty Seminary. Pastor Mergian responded to the leading of God in taking on the role as Pastor/Director of the Good Shepherd Mission. He has 15 years of pastoral and counseling experience. He has been serving as the pastor of Fair Lawn Bible Church for the past seven years.



Jonathan Rosa

Serves as Assistant Director

Reports to the Pastor for daily instructions. He informs the pastor of probation, parole, and others, relating information to our ministries/services. He performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mail distribution and filing. Coordinates and maintain records for staff, residents and phone calls. He schedules all outgoing transportation and speakers for the mission. Creates and modifies various documents using Microsoft Office, media and Internet, and Excel. He will also during the absence of the intake manager preform phone screening of the overnighters.



Wade Norris

Serves as Housekeeping Minister

He is responsible to report to the Pastor his concerns and challenges that prevent him from providing him from keeping the mission clean. He manages and performs the daily housekeeping operations in the mission for residence and staff. He ensures that the house maintains standards of orderly management, laundry, cleanliness and availability in residents’ quarters and public areas.


Victor Perez Perez / Thomas Daniels

Serves as Kitchen Minister

He is responsible to report his daily operation of supervision in the kitchen area to the Pastor. He cooks, prepares food, make sure everyone working in the kitchen is trained in kitchen safety. He also is responsible for state mandate of kitchen codes, dates and working accordingly to those codes. The kitchen manager must make the kitchen and eating area clean and sanitized. He always must have the dishes washed and have the trash taken out daily. The kitchen minister must be mindful of all food deliveries received and sanitation schedule of rotten food waste. He must inform Pastor of any food supply shortage or sanitation problems.
